Auxiliary battery replacement

Hi guys when replacing the smaller battery is it literally take leads off and put replacement in ?

Anything else to be mindful off

I have been having some issues and got into it yesterday and it turns out that my aux battery has literally zero voltage. I wonder if there are any crossover parts. Don't we share the same drivetrain as a Lincoln?

Yes. Just changed the small battery leaving the main battery connected. In the last year I have not experienced any issues. The small battery normally holds 13.5 to 13.8 volts when in good condition.
