BCM going crazy in 2013-2015 XF. Idiots engineers twice!!!

BCM going crazy in 2013-2015 XF.
I just read full description of a problem and how to repair it stupid way (Jaguar instructions) and smart way.
This is what happens:
memory in central fuse box is proggrammed wrong and that is why it is lost sometimes.
Memory inside BCM has 2 identical files:
1.working file
2."spare" file
According to bulletin 2 BCMs have to be replaced and reprogramed.
Some Russian guy from Moscow said that central BCM has "spare file" somewhere inside, This is what he did:
He found this "spare file" and rewrote it where it was corrupted(working file).
Some BMWs have same problem.
I have contacted the guy, hopefully he'll fix my car
