Default Buying used Jaguar wheels.

I'm planning on buying some used Jaguar wheels. They come with Jaguar TPMS sensors. They are F-types wheels and I am planning on putting them on my XF.
Do I need them reprogrammed?

F-types switched frequencies at some point in production so make sure it matches your stock ones. Search the forum to find the details.

If you still have the 2012 XF in the USA then you should need 315MHz tpms. You'll need to check which F-Type ones you are getting

Assuming they are the right frequency they will auto program - although it can sometimes take a day or so before they register.

If you find they have aftermarket sensors I'd suggest changing for oem ones - the XF is very sensitive to aftermarket sensors and you can get spurious errors etc

More than anything else check the wheels are true and round - these larger diameter jag wheels seem to be very prone to bending...
