Default Cell Phone/Bluetooth

I use Cellular One as my phone company, in order to access my voice mail messages by pushing the '1' digit on the Jaguare screen I have to put in the number and password for access, this requires a pause in the number, for example
xxx-xxx-xxxxpause#xxxx#

In order to get the 'pause' on the cell phone the * button is pressed 3 times.

How does one achieve the same thing in the Jaguar system? Pressing the * did not have the desired affect.

The 'pause' is required no matter what phone make or model is used. Every thing else works perfectly.

As I did not receive a solution to my problem, I resorted in going to the Jaguar Web Site. From what I found there it would seem that only 2 systems are acceptable to Jaguar, those being T-Mobile & AT&T. I checked with both of these companies and neither require a 'pause' to be placed between any of the digits when calling to retrieve voice mail messages, unlikethe reqirementof Cellular One.

Is the Jaguar system limited to these two cell phoneservices because the Jaguar systemdoes not have thisfeature of being able to insert the pause??

Any offers of explanation???
