Default Center front dash speaker grill with small crack

I just noticed that the center dash speaker grill has a small crack, despite the fact that I'm careful about covering my windshield in the hot sun. Does anyone know if I can just pry the grill upward using a small plastic pry tool?

I tried with my fingers and it didn't lift off and I didn't want to break it.

You can, but the plastic does get brittle over time - in my experience it's hard to remove without breaking it.

Thanks. First I'll find out how expensive the part is and then buy one assuming it's reasonable. That way, I'll see where the clips are to keep it in place and if the old one breaks, I won't drive around for weeks with a broken grill while I wait for the new one to arrive.

It is EXPENSIVE! Parts number C2Z1835 (ending with different 3-letter code depending on colour, e.g. "LEG" for charcoal). Bought one from British Parts for about GBP77.

Thanks. I found a price of $90 for LEG but I couldn't find a price for my color (NED: ivory/oyster).

Default Cracked Center Speaker Grill

Can the grill be replaced without removing the dash? If so, what tools should be used?
