Hi im new so dont know if this subject has been answered!

My xf 3.0 has what i can only describe as fablon covered looking lids (3)what can i do to change ? has any one else changed theirs? how?

I would like to answer you, but I have no idea what you are asking. Hint: always indicate the model and year of your car.

I suspect the OP is referring to the wood trim fitted (three pieces of it) in the center console.

OP: They can be changed, but it's not cheap. Pretty much all the pieces pull off with trim removal tools, but it seems to be a pretty delicate job. Keep eyes peeled on eBay for spares.

LOL! I guess you could cover them with wood grain contact paper.

LOL, that is exactly what the Brits call Fablon! Of course they are actually real wood, although very thin.

thanks ...will look out for some on ebay, or buy a piece of leather and cover them myself!!!try is a good word here.
