Hello,
What are the possibilities to change the system language to the language which is not in the selection?

I have recently bought the used XF 2013 facelift and I am annoyed that there is just the selection between 2 languages in the language list- the Russian (AKA Terrorists language) and the other one which I cannot even recognize.
I want to have the standard English language in my car. Most probably the previous owner did some software upgrades to remove other languages form the car as the originally car was bought in the Netherlands (that means French/English/German language must in the selection)
I have SDD with internet connection working if anything needs to be upgraded.
Strange, but I cannot find any info even on google and other forums how to do that.
