Coolant seal keeps popping off

I have a question on to why is the coolant next to the throttle body keep popping off when accelerating?!

It’s a 2011 Jaguar XF premium. I’m not sure if it’s due to the coolant being low or what. Please help!

You're missing a plastic clip on the end of the connector that holds it into the socket. You can see it on a picture of a new pipe here:

Sadly I'm not aware of it being sold separately but you can find a new pipe online for not much money.
