Door seal

Hi lads roughly how much is it to replace a drivers door seal on a 2014 xf r sport

I bought a 2nd hand one from ebay, they are not handed, so any front seal will fit. Just pull the scuff plate off & remove the seal, push on replacement!

Really simple, just make sure the join is under the removed scuff plate.

How do I remove the svuff plate on my 2010 xf. Whats the technique please.
