Dynamic mod fault and U2101
I just bought a 2008 XF with 2.7d engine. The car has two small gremlins, I am writing in case you could help me.
1) One of the faults is that the dynamic mode is not activated, nor the winter mode. It simply gives a warning on the message console indicating failure to activate the mode, without marking any DTC fault. In the case of the mode, if I drive in dynamic S mode changing gears with the cams after the warning shows the current gear inside the circle of the time and the flag for a second, then disappears. What could it be? How can I find out what is wrong and correct it?
2) The second is that when doing a diagnosis with the Moongoose cable and SDD v164, it reads a dtc in the ICM module U2101-00 according to the manual the problem is an incorrect configuration of the module but the car is of origin and has not been modified so how can the module have been misconfigured? How can I check if it is really incorrect? And how can I correct it? I have to say that the infotainment works perfectly.
Thank you very much.
