Feedback Requested on a 2011 XF SC
Hi All -
I am new to the forum and would love your feedback - I am considering the purchase of a 2011 XF with the V8 supercharged engine and 60K miles. Can you tell me about reliability and any cautions or red flags before I move ahead. . . also any experience with a good extended warranty?

budget one or two benjamins per month for repairs / upkeep /mods..
if you don't use it - great!
if you do need it (or more) won't sting so badly
warranty costs equal or supersede the repair costs unless it's major service.. up to the individual if you want to pay for your repairs for sure via paying for the warranty or roll the dice..
my $.02 after wrestling with same myself. i write that with car parts strewn about my garage right now from tearing it down last weekend for S/C servicing.
take the time to search this forums scores of posts related to the supercharger, water pump and etc. you'll find some really experienced folks that have dealt with all the common problems hands on and recently, while documenting them pretty well. you'll have questions and they are always helpful to answer them if you're doing your part.
