Default Found two cracked pistons So far… Any forged options?

Does anyone know of any forged pistons/ connecting rods and some good quality main/ rod bearings? Any and all info is greatly appreciated as I have at LEAST 2:4 pistons down for the count and I still have bank 1 to check.. block will be getting pulled for sure now and I would like to never have to touch it again after this. Any form of upgrade I can do to the block for reliability/ upgradability? Hope to hear from those few who have already been there and done the rotating. Questions, comments, suggestions are all welcome.

Welp.. Cylinder 4.

Cylinder 8.

I have read a bit of his threads. I contacted Mahle and they have the specs from his order but they’re 6 months out on lead time. I did however also notice that the Coyote 5.0L has nearly the exact same looking forged pistons. Same bore, valve relief cuts, compression ratio options, etc. and they can be ordered right now. I just don’t know the exact specs for the pistons yet. Skirt size, pin size, etc.
As for running lean, honestly yes. Somehow my first remap was mapped with a NA tune which I hadn’t noticed it for quite some time but over time experienced fairly bad symptoms and was just figuring I had done something wrong. It wasn’t until my 3rd set of injector seals that I noticed the ECU read as a Portfolio. Not supercharged or anything. Which after I mentioned it to the guy he apologized and said he just pulls off a list and doesn’t ever tell unless someone mentions something… this was after I had got stumped in diagnosing and just said screw it and bought basically all new fueling components. 3 pumps, 1 in tank flange, rail sensor, and 8 OEM injectors.. I was pretty pissed. Shortly after remap to the “correct” one, this happened. Not pointing any fingers but I’m sure it didn’t help having been ran lean for so long. (Definitely take my own responsibility for my part though)
Speaking of tune/ ECU identifying. Do you or anyone know if the 2011 XF 5.0SC should read as a Portfolio/SV8? I had thought the SV8 was the previous 4.2 SC.. which I have the 5.0 SC.
