Default Fuel Door Hinge replacement

Jaguar XF 2009. I have the new hinge. How do you remove and replace the part?

Welcome to the forum Gordon98,

There's no mention in the X250 Workshop Manual. From the illustration in the Parts Catalogue, it appears the fuel filler bowl (item 2) could be spread sufficiently to remove the hinge (item 17) from the locating holes without damage or further dismantling.

Default XF Fuel Flap Hinge

Thanks Graham, I got that parts diagram when I bought the part from Jag, I was just wondering if anyone had already done the job of changing that part.

Default Fuel Bowl Removal

Anyone know how to remove the fuel bowl? I don't see any fasteners.
Thanks.
