I got a xf last year and it is great.
Now there are some leds that are out and bring down the looks from the tail lamp.
I open the trunk and check a way to acces the lamp but seems hard to reach.
Do some one has had the same condition?

Rafael, normally with the LED tail lights, once you have a burned out LED, there is no chance of changing it. You will more than likely end up getting new tail lamps to fix that issue.
Now, with that being said, if you can get the PCB board off that is holding the LEDs in place, you can then resolder a new LED in place. I would recommend finding the highest MCD rated bulb that you can find and put that in there. Odds are it is a white bulb and you are going to need a bulb more than likely in the 70,000 MCD if not higher range to make it match up. part of it is going to be trial and error unless you replace all the bulbs in one shot. Even still, you are going to need some help with making sure that you have the correct size resistor for the LED that you are using. If you don't, you can either have an LED that will appear very dim (if it lights at all) or one that will burn out in a matter of a minute or so.
I don't have an XF tail light in front of me or I would be able to help you out a little more. Not many XFs in my neighborhood. I will try to keep an eye out and see what I can find out for you.

It is the same with the CHMSL (3rd brake light). The LEDs start to go and the dealer wants to replace the whole module. Just wait until the LED headlights get popular! All the new electronic low voltage stuff on new cars looks great, but is very expensive to replace/repair!!
