P0193 code was long time exist in my jaguar XF 4.2 supercharged, it cause many trouble to me, few days before I found the left side of plug which connecting to AJ810570 VVT Camshaft Timing Solenoid Control Valve loose, I removed it and reconnect again, found the plug was ageing, outside look good condition but inside fully damaged, I truss up the two connections, P0193 code disappear .hope information can help, many many thanks to Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
