Info screen works on all but Navi

Info screen works on all but Navi
Purchased a 2015 XK recently and having trouble with the Navi (not like it's really useful ). The touch screen works on all modes except Navi where it goes dark. If I touch the screen it responds with beeps and even "no destination set" yet no picture. Can replace Navi unit, but not sure that is the issue. Read a lot of threads on the whole info system being dead but nothing with just the Navi screen. Does anyone have a similar issue or can give some expertise?

Work on trunk unit?
Thanks for the tip Dennis. Appears you are unplugging and plugging in the head-end screen. Would the same thing work by unplugging or plugging in the trunk-mounted Nav unit to get it to reinitialize?
