Default Interior Questions - 2010 XF-R

Good morning.

I have some quite specific questions to ask and I couldn't find the answers to these.

1. My XF-R headlining is coming away at the back and dropping quite badly. I think it'll be very hard to find a replacement here in the UAE of the exact same material (black suade style) so I would rather repair. Does the roof panel come off easily or is it best left to the professionals?

2. I have the B&W audio system however the previous owner manged to blow one of the speakers (right rear). Again, I assume the part will be hard to find so I might need to get some direct replacements. Does anyone know the correct size I need?

3. Some of my dashboard trim is coming away (photo below). Has anyone dealt with any of this before?

Thanks for your help.

Can't help you with 1 or 2 but with 3 I believe it's easy to pull the "spear" off under the dash panel with some trim removal tools (it's only clipped on) then with it off you should be able to glue/clip/push the offending panel back into place.
Never done it myself, just going by what I have read on this and other forums.
