On two occasions during the past 6 months when I start the car there is no sound coming from the speakers. If I turn off the car and restart it it works fine.

I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue or if there is a TSB out on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

The dealer advised that I needed a software update to solve the issue and said there was a TSB on it.
