Jag XF 2013 2T Video option and SAT Radio missing on my touch screen

How can i get that now .. i am worried

 

I'm not sure what you mean by "video option", but if the SAT radio button is missing it is probably not installed. Any 2013 should still be under warranty, so take it to the dealer and ask wazzup?

Same as sat radio there is my video button benath it. It helps to play videos.

I had some weird issues from my audio system and the dealer couldn't find anything wrong with it. I emailed them some issues that were experienced by users of this forum and they "re-flashed" the audio module and everything is now OK. Just a suggestion.

 

Is it i can claim in warranty?... but from first day i missing the video feature button ...i just got to know about this when i got into my frnds car ... i was schocked that i am missing such a good feature.


Please suggest me how to proceed

 

Don't know the year of your car or the miles. If it is a '12 model and under the mileage requirement it should be in warranty.
