Default Jaguar XF rear subframe front damper - what to do?

Hi everyone. I have Jaguar XF X250 2013 and I have hit my rear subframe brace on a bumpy road. Besides the brace and its left holder got damaged, also the front damper (C2C34189) of the subframe. Its internal part is a little bit out now. I tried to squeeze it back in using car jack but didn't succeed. I am going to change the brace anyway as it is quite rusty. But what to do with the damper? Leave it as is or this is critical? All suggections are welcome.
Thanks in advance
P.S. After this damage the car ran 2000 km fully loaded (I was returning from vacation)

it’s corroding from the inside out. not particularly uncommon you’ll have to do it eventually

Hello. Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I am not very technical. You mean to change the damper? Or to change the subframe?

I think I wrongly called this part "damper". Looks like it is called "bushing", I am sorry
