Default Jaguar XF Warranty and Bodywork

Hi all, I have just purchased a gorgeous 2013 XF-S but have a question. It has an approved used jaguar warranty and also GardX cover. The bonnet (dark grey) appears to have a lot of streaks on it - hard to explain, as they are not deep scratches but in the dry sunlight, they look bad and won't T-Cut / polish out. Has anyone experienced similar with their car and is this the sort of thing that will be covered under the warranty, as I note paint cover is included - but I don't know to what level?

Sounds unlikely to be covered, but you could ask whoever the cover is with.

Thanks, warranty is through RAMP - just wondered if anyone had any experience of them in relation to the issue I have, hence asking.

Depending on how long you have had the car, I dought you would be covered but if you only had the car for a few days I would be going back to speak to the sales manager and see what they will offer you. The worst case is they say sorry it is second hand and we can't do anything or then they might just offer to pay a professional detailer to do paint correction. Even if they paid half it is better than just leaving it.
