Join Jaguar Timing Chain Class Action

This is fairly frustrating for individuals with Jaguars impacted by this.

Yeah, I've attempted contact with at least one or two of these firms as there's been multiple class actions I've read about, given that I have (fairly unique) evidence from a full strip down of my failed/rebuilt engine with not only worn timing guides but also photos of burrs in the aluminum block casting as a result of slack in the timing chains, as well as wanting to provide information on the fact that the years/models affected are more than they think/are aware of. Never heard back from any.
I'm not sure if these guys are like the automotive equivalent of ambulance chasers, but I can't say that they seem particularly interested in a successful outcome.

Still confused about them claiming this covers Jaguar?? The entire article plainly states 2012-2014 Land Rover vehicles. So they got it wrong from the beginning because where are the early 2009-2010 and 2011 cars? They had the problem as well and probably even worse! And why is not Jaguar included in the "class"??

Yeah, I've been confused about both of those points (why not Jaguar as well as LR, why only 2012-2014 model years when clearly pre-2012 cars like mine were affected), but I had zero luck in getting any kind of useful response from these firms.
Here's everything you'd want to know about the suit. If you quality, you can still file a claim by June 9, 2022. The link to file a claim is in the link below. But it appears to be 2012 to 2014 Land Rover LR4 and/or Range Rover Sport vehicles.
