Hi, I am looking for an under bonnet location to access a power supply. As the batteries are located in the boot I need some advice, description, or even a photo if possible.

XF 2.2 D MY 2015 Any help would be appreciated.

 

I’ve got a 14 plate of the same car. On the right side, front of the engine and near the fuel filter, there should be a red cap. Pop that open and there should be 12v gushing out

UPDATE Thank you BIGv I have now found the power connection point, never would have thought of looking there.
I will post a photo tomorrow so that others as confused as I was can become “enlightened”

The red cap lifts up towards the engine bock, just click shut to close the cover.
