Hello All,
New 2011 Premium XF owner here. Loving the car and had some questions, so I figured this was the quickest way to maybe feed off the legacy forum user's experiences and know how.

First, does anyone else notice the horrible drone of the standard radio unit, I have the standard unit and not the $2200 upgrade version. Is there something in the settings to mess with? Aux. sounds a bit better, but the radio setting is garbage.

Second, I have a Vapour Grey XF, has anyone seen photos of a the same colored vehicle with some mods? (Grill mesh, front lip spoiler, chrome side vents etc.) I'd be curious to see how they look.

Third, has anyone used a fuel injection cleaner in the car? Mine is a CPO but wondering if it's ill-advised maybe due to some computer air flow issues.

Fourth, regarding a K&N air filter upgrade. I read on a forum here about changing out the two air filters. Is the consensus that it's worth the effort for improved performance and mpg?

Fifth, has anyone installed window tint on a pre-owned vehicle, and if so, any issues with bubbling due to the age of the vehicle?

FWIW.. I too have a 2011 xf prem.

I added the mina exhaust tips.. WOW best. mod. ever.

I tinted the windows.. no issues.. looks great.. and most tint shops offer a warranty anyhow so you really don't need to worry about that.

I added the 2 k&n air filters ( yes there are 2) and for the little cost.. WHY not?!

I painter's taped off the hood/growler/bumper and spray painted the grille black... much better imo.. as the newer ones have it that way.. too much chrome otherwise

I use high octane / fuel additives... no issues..

I also added the RED growler badge on front as well as RED wheel center caps.. LOOKS amazing
