O2 Sensor fault codes?

O2 Sensor fault codes?
Took my Jag to get codes read as the check engine light came on. It's showing P0036, P0136 and U0447. I know that these are for the O2 sensors and the U0447 is possibly for the Catalytic Converter. My question is, could this be fix by replacing one of the sensors or do I need to all sensors and the converter?
