I AM THESE CODES OF ERROR-error codes :-
E8 P0A94 DC/DC converter performance
P062D Fuel Injector Driver Circuit Performance (bank 1)
P062E Fuel Injector Driver Circuit Performance (bank 2)

The Workshop manual gives the following 3 possible causes for P062D01:
1. Bank 1 injector(s) disconnected
2. Injector failure
3. Bank 1 injector circuit(s) - high resistance, short to ground, short to power, open circuit
The recommended actions are:
Carry out any pinpoint tests associated with this DTC using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system. Check injector connections to Bank 1 cylinders. Disconnect injectors and check resistance (200kOhm±20) of each injector, if out of specification install new injector(s). Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check Bank 1 injector circuits for high resistance, short to ground, power, open circuit.
Clear DTC and re-test. If DTC remains, disconnect ECM connector, and with injector(s) connected check resistance across injector pins, this should be no higher than the injector resistance.
Code P062E01 is the same possible causes and action for Bank 2.
