goes to start car and it just clicks saying park brake fault battery seems fine, also it displayed gearbox fault and i think it said something about gear not in park but that doesnt come on now, i left 1 hour went back to try again and whent i went to start it bloody alarm goes off, so i managed to turn alarm back off, and car still does the same just clicks when i try to start it.

any ideas guys

Battery is #1 suspect.

 

Very correct JagV8 and thanks it was the bloody battery and there not cheap didnt get a jag one but got told it had to me an AMG battery, with vat and labour for fitting total cost was £217.00.

 

Ouch! But good to hear it's fixed.
