Default Power Steering Fluid Change anyone?

My Power steering fluid is looking real dark. No PS issues but thought I would refresh the fluid anyway (72K miles) . Anyone try changing the fluid. Any suggestions on how to best do this and what fluid to use. I was thinking Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF and just empty and refill the reservoir a few times to at least refresh the fluid a bit. Any advice appreciated.

Get a copy of the full 2010-2011 XFR Workshop Manual from my Dropbox here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bet26xniua...kshop.pdf?dl=0
It covers the 5.0 NA as well.
Then you want pages 730 to 733.

Well I suck mine out with the same unit I use to suck the oil out of the engine. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-stuff-169648/
I used Redline synthetic D4 Trans fluid as it actually is recommended in their product guide. Redline is very well known in the racing circles, and all of their fluils are 100% synthetic.
