So I took my 09 xf in for a pre-warranty expiry complete check over. Everything checked out except for the fact that my mechanic told me that there's some residue on all of my transmission fluid lines. Since there's no actual leak, the warranty company won't cover it. He told me that there's really nothing that can be done and i don't need to worry about it at this point. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Not sure what to make of it.
