So my jag is coming back next tuesday from getting a respray due to hail damage. Does anyone know what quality issues I should be aware of before I take it home.

Also, I asked the bodyshop to spray the part of the mirror arms that I have circled in red in the attachment to this post. The service advisor told me it couldn't be done. or more specifically that they wouldn't do it because they could not warranty the work on the mirror arms. The reason I wanted it painted is because it has water marks that have etched into the plastic. They offered to order new arms, but it is only sold as an assembly, so at $750 per mirror, I declined. Does anyone have any solutions to this? I was thinking of vinyl wrap?

 

i had all of my window trim wrapped and all of the chrome accents with great success there is also plasti dip...ive used it in the past on my mirrors it held up great and the finish is nice right from the can not like a rattle can, can be sometimes..
