1998 Jaguar XK8. There are green emblems on each front fenders just aft of the wheel wells.These emblems have wiring harness' connected to them without bulbs installed. Should these have bulbs and therefore light-up? The manual makes no mention of these lights.

 

I'd bet those are for the european cars. They have their turn signals located there instead of in the front like US cars do.
