I got my tint over the weekend and ended up with 25% all the way around. From the look of it, it looks very similar to your 28% ceramic tint. The tint guy called me an said that on the type of film that they use the 30% looks as light as the 35% and made the windows look dirty. He recommended the 25% and I am glad he did because it looks great. 24% legal here in WA state so I am still within the legal limits too. And yes the tint does make the car look better. The inside temperature is also dramatically cooler too. Should help with keeping the leather from cracking. Thanks for letting me know about your tinting job. Sounds great. You might want them to test with a tiny meter for you. The windows themselves block some light even with no tint. So I would guess that if you put on 25pc tint onto the window, then the actual tint level is prob more like 20pc and more than the legal limit in your state. May be worth checking

 

Photosync tint is a great option for the NE'ers with the strict tint laws. I like it better than the crystalline I had on a previous car.

 

Thanks for the thought but I was actually more worried about not being able to see better at night than the legal limit. Where I live, the cops are very lenient on the tint. I'm happy with the result. Thanks.
