Unfortunately not, the 2010 (like I have) is known for generally slow responses - typing an address into the Satnav, for example (not when you're driving of course, because lawyers grrr) is borderline unusable. The 2012 is much better, but to be honest really not by much (address entry is not much better in my friend's 2015 F Type) and to try and retrofit the 2012 system - whilst probably possible - isn't worth the time or the expense IMHO.

I did find a newer Satnav disc (available occasionally on eBay and more often on slightly suspect AliExpress-style websites) and it improved the speed of the satnav, but only slightly.

I'm currently looking at retrofitting an Android touchscreen into my dash but it's not easy!
