Supercharger coolant pump or aux heater pump
Hi All,
Ive been battling with the dreaded p2601 error and intermittent restricted performance for approximately 1 year and a half.
I changed what i though was the supercharger coolant pump and it turns out that what i changed was the aux heater pump last year. Needless to say that it didn't resolve the problem. I thought that I purchased a faulty pump. It was a factory Bosch pump numbered 0392020086. What confused me was that this pump is located in the front near the radiator. Can somebody please confirm where the aux heater water pump is located on the XF SV8 right hand drive and where the supercharger coolant pump is located. I'm totally confused as I've purchased a second hand supercharger coolant pump and want to replace the original.
