Default Timing chains procedure done twice need help!!

Hey guys I’ve been doing the timing chains and tensioners on my 2010 XF Supercharged 5.0. So first time I did it I didn’t have the crank lock key perfectly at the 6 o clock position so I ended up getting P0018 and P0019 codes. So bank 2 was running 20 degrees off 360 / 19 (teeth) made sense I was one tooth off on drivers side. So again I pulled everything apart doing everything by the manual for replacing and torquing everything made sure the key was the 6 o clock position and cams were perfectly locked and timed and all marks were in the correct location. Then I even had my friend who’s done this job on a decent amount of AJ133 double check my work before putting it back together. So second time go around I am now getting P0016, P0017, P0018 and P0019, so all 4 cams are reading off. I really wanna keep this car and get it running but I’m really losing hope on it and have no idea what I did wrong. Is there anyway to verify the timing is correct before putting it back together? I’m assuming I’m gonna have to tear it apart again. I have made sure everything is correctly plugged it and everything is grounded I’m just so lost and feeling helpless on this project.
