Default Top Speed 2012 XF/XFR review with Ian Callum video

I just came across this, and haven't seen it posted here elsewhere. Great videos and photos. Ian's commentary on the goals of the design changes for 2012 are as insightful as the results are convincing...enjoy!

2012 Jaguar XF - Top Speed USA

and it made a 2011 fastest list, as if any of us would care, but on the off chance anyone does...

10 Fastest Cars of 2011 - Yahoo! Autos

I'm hoping there's a 2012 XFR in our future!

Ian is to cars as Jonathan Ive is to computer design. Wonder what kind of car they'd create if they were to sit down over lunch one day.....hmm....Jonathan/Ian, are you on here?

I agree. Apple creates user friendly top notch gear that looks outstanding without compromising the function. Jaguar design under Callum's leadership achieves the same goal. Lyons also combined this flair for excellent and stylish design so jaguar is returning to its historical roots with Callum.

There is no easier car to drive quickly than a modern jaguar. No computer more pleasant to use than the iPad I am typing this on.
