Default (Un)Locking buttons on dashboard not working

Hi all,

The 2 buttons on the dashboard for locking and unlocking the car from the inside do not respond to either pressing it, or holding it for more then 3 seconds.. The other 3 buttons on the panel do function properly(hazard lights, home etc.) The locking with the key and the door handles (keyless entry) also work properly.. Is this a known issue, or can someone tell me where to look or how to fix this?

My Car is a 2008 Jaguar XF Premium Luxury.

Kind regards,

Bazzzman

no one who can point me in the right direction? It's really annoying when we drive for a while and a passenger wants to get out, I need to open the door on the driver site from the inside to unlock all other passenger doors..
