Tried searching but not finding anybody with a similar issue I'm having:
I regularly switch between satellite radio, Bluetooth audio, and Aux audio when I'm in my '13 XFR. In normal operation, to select the satellite radio, you press the "Sat Radio" button within the Audio/Video menu. To select either Bluetooth or Aux, you press the "My Music" button, then select Bluetooth or Aux in the submenu.
Starting a few days ago however, when I press My Music, it beeps to register your press, the My Music button blinks, but nothing actually happens. It does not switch off of whatever mode you are in (ie if in Sat Radio, satellite radio keeps playing as if you hadn't pressed a button at all). In other words, it is impossible for me to select My Music, in effect, locking me out of the ability to play Bluetooth or Aux audio.
Anybody experience this issue and/or know how to fix it?

The electronics in cars these days is maddening. There is an audio control module that controls all things audio. The dealer may need to reboot the ACM.
I wonder if it thinks the Bluetooth and aux are not connected and therefore won't let you select it? Not sure - just a guess
