Does the car start and drive ok? And errors in the instrument cluster?
And have you pulled the codes from the computer? If so, pls post them here

Also, look under the spare tire in the boot - is there water collecting under there? Some people have had the hazard lights issue due to corrosion / short circuit in the fuse box due to water ingress

Car starts and drives as normal.
No errors.
Not familiar with "computer codes"
Can't identify hazard system fuse. (If there is one, I could pull it and drive to my Jag man)
No damp in the boot.
Disconnected and re-connected battery. Hazard system completely inoperative (button does not activate).
Stays this way for indeterminate time, then hazard lights start up again.
