Thanks for the heads up. I left a message with the service advisor to do the supercharger oil and coolant pipe while they are in there. I only have 30k on the car, but this seems like the best time to do it.

I’m sure they will use the same Jag coupler.. but since it’s the dealership, I’m sure they won’t install anything new and improved.

So an update, replaced my broken supercharger belt tensioner. Guess what,...a majority of the knocking noise is gone! The supercharger tensioner pulley bearings had completely failed and it was sitting almost sideways.

Do you happen to know what the part number is for the Jaguar supplied solid coupler, please?

I got to see the new snout over the weekend when I dropped the smaller pulley off so that it can be swapped over before I take the car in. As suspected it came with the older style coupler although I see that the design has been improved because the end of the spring now sits in a small metal enclosure so shouldn't wear the same as the original ones did.
