Default Where's Power?

I want to add a COB LED I have under the hood since there isn't anything at all. There is an obvious spot just behind the latch that is the perfect angle and position when the hood is open and has internal clearance when shut (see photo). The problem is....there seems to be no power anywhere near the hood at all. So....where can I get the nearest power from? Thoughts?

The under hood fuse box is right there.

Yep, but that doesn't explain how to get power from the fuse box to the under side of the hood. Seems to me you would have to run a wire, but how you do that so it extends/reaches with the hood up but sits nice and neat in the engine bay (on the engine cover???) with the hood down beats me.

Edit/update.
I think I can see how to do it.
Run the wire(s) from the fuse box (locate a suitable fuse and use a Tap-A-Fuse) along the LHS of the engine bay (looking at the car from the front) to the LHS back corner of the hood near the hinge, then along the hood and underneath the hood liner to the LED (with the wire(s) poked through a small hole in the liner to the back of the LED). This way you would need only a very small amount of extra length or play in the wire(s) just where they pass from the engine bay up to the LHS back corner of the hood by the hinge.
Also, I've done similar wiring before on both my XFS and XFR (for DRLs etc) and you will need to cut a small slot in the fuse box cover for the wire(s) to pass through. It only needs to be very small and it will be almost undetectable.

Thanks for the info gents. I was amazed to see how far I'd have to run wires to add this little light. I was hoping just 5 feet or so. This must be 9 in the end.
Thx for the tips Oz!
We'll see if my fingers need tinkering time and I end up going after it. I did it (COB LED) on one of my other cars yesterday and it was quite easy and turned out great. It made it much better! But that run was only about 4 feet.
I'll have to get up to the parts store for wire and fuse tap.... oh, and a pin-switch so it goes off when I close the hood. More wires......
