Hey beautiful people!

As the title states, I have an XF and I'm looking forward to flushing and filling the engine coolant/antifreeze.

Being a beginner mech, I was wondering if I can follow this guide by chrisfix (https://youtu.be/g8YZF5cW7-A) on yt step-by-step on my XF, without any additional steps. I'm concerned since I read some comments about some people mentioning that they weren't able to get the entire coolant out with this method and they had to do something additional with the thermostat. I would not like that to happen since I want to drain the coolant entirely and do a flush as well. Any pointers are appreciated greatly.
