Hi
Has anyone a clue is the facelift on the XF a change of the skin parts or something more severe? The thing is that I bought a front damaged -09 and a option was to upgrade the front to the present. Anyone with this up to date knowledge? Thanks in advance for any answers.

Not worth the conversion.

You have to change the bumper cover, hood, both front fenders and header panel. I am sure there are 100 other little things.

 

It would be worth doing if you are replacing all the parts because of damage. Only if you prefer the new look which most people do.

There were numerous other under the skin changes to the update though so don't expect it to run like a new model!
