Default XF Recall

There seems to be a recall on the XF for the replacement of the Differential Assembly, I believe it also includes the XK, not sure if it only applies to the Supercharged version.

Can anyone shed more light on this subject?

Even with the DSC switched off the rear brakes are applied to control wheelspin. This results in a clunking sound from the rear of the car.

If the noise does not appear if you accelerate less aggressively then this is what is happening.

How are the replaced differentials holding up? Any further issues? Can a defective differential cause any other potential long term issues?

Cheers!
