Good morning. On my 2016 Jaguar XF, the vents do not open upon ignition. I have to separately press the Auto key to get both climate control and to open the vents. My dealer says it's because I don't use the car enough. After he charges the battery, the vents work for a few days and then again need to be opened by pressing Auto. My question: is this normal? Do I really need to drive 100KM / day just to have my climate control work and vents open? Thank you very much for any advice.
