Can anyone show me the different between each of the bumpers? I had no idea there were so many options.

Are they all interchangeable?

 

XFR-S Front bumper

 

I think we're going to cross some wires here.

The XFR and XFR-S were a semi-distinct models from the X250 series V8 engine lines, although with the introduction of the XF-SC the line was blurred.

The 2016 XF R-Sport and XF S are trim levels to the 2016 XF (X260 series). If you are asking about how the bumpers look on the trim levels of the 2016 XFs, I suggest you post on the other forum...

Got it...

The XFR/XFR-S bumpers include active air intakes, which incorporate into the bodywork. You could probably make anything fit in theory, but as far as being bolt on I don't think it would work.

You will not be able to order the XFR-S front bumper. It requires VIN verification that you own an XFR-S.

I wanted to buy one for my XFR which is currently getting its front bumper replaced due to a minor deer incident, but the dealer refused to sell it to me.
