Default 2011 XJL left side height sensor

Good evening I purchased on ebay for my 2011 XJL the left side height sensor. It came in and I went to proceed to install and the one I ordered has 3 pins instead of 6 pins. The 3 pin has a black plug in and the 6 pin has a gray plug in slot. Part number that's on it is AW93-3C279-AD and some call it the LH FRONT HEADLAMP LEVELING SENSOR . So are these two different parts on the car in different places on the left side or is it the same. I'll add pictures of where I took it off from. Thanks in advance

The other left sensor that is found in the car, is rear left. Don't know by heart if rear sensors have 3 or 6 pins though. Rear sensors are for air suspension leveling and front sensor for head light leveling.

Before purchasing any parts use the factory Jaguar part web sites and put in the last 6 digits of your VIN and the part number your planning to purchase. Jaguar keys everything to those 6 digits. As you found out there are usually more than one variation.

hey I went to replace the front left and the one I had posted is the original and the other that I had gotten was from ebay. I was wondering was there another one on that driver front side as well

There is one height sensor on each corner.
