Default 2013 XJ AWD lower cover missing

It seems my 2013 XJ Base AWD's lower cover/undertray (a plastic shield about 2' by 3', that goes from the oil pan to the transmission) fell off somewhere at sometime in the past.

I found part # C2D47031 on line, and it appears to be the right part, at $256 USD, but it has the note "without awd" in the description.
two questions for you all:

1) Does anyone know the part number for the variant of the cover for vehicles with AWD? I cant find it anywhere
and
2) is it really worth the cost and time to replace it, assuming I can find the right part? I do live where it snows, and I do like it quiet on road trips. I hadnt noticed it was missing so maybe it really doesn't do much of anything for wind noise?

Is there a chance that the AWD models do not come with this cover?
I found the same thing you did and I would call your local dealer to see if it is available?

Any other guys out there with an AWD that can check if they have this cover?

Our 2013 awd xj has the cover. The cover also has cutouts/dropouts for the front axles.

It would be great if anyone can check for numbers on the cover?
We might be able to trace it that way.

hi all,
My local dealer's parts desk would not share the part # for the variant for AWD vehicles, but did offer to order one, and have me come in when it arrives so they could install it. I declined his offer.

Happily, a dealer in a different town provided the part # -- it is C2D49242 for "with AWD; supersessions: C2D20787, C2D33744"Interestingly, the with AWD variant is called a splash shield, and the one without is called a "lower cover". no wonder i couldn't find it!

anyway i have one on the way, thank you all for the help, much appreciated!
