Just wondering if there are any serious issues with the 2013 Xj 3.0 V6 with supercharger. A friend bought one recently. Appears to be a great car.

EZDriver, most people have a problem with either the NAV system being slow or the START-STOP feature of the engine in that they don't want the engine to turn off every time they stop the car (want the feature permanently turned off vice having to disable it every time they get in the car).

I am sure there may be a rarity out there, but the earlier cars had issues with the sunroof popping when the body was stressed on bumps and whatnot. But, by 2013, most of the issues had been solved.

 

They also had a bulletin for 2013-2014 models with 3.0L V6 S/C with noise from supercharger. I haven't heard much from the 3.0L though being a big problem, mostly on vehicles with the 5.0L. You can have the VIN checked to see what has been done for that vehicle.
