I have a 2014 jaguar XJL portfolio with the rear entertainment package my right rear seat won't decline back to normal position. I hear a clicking noise behind the seat towards the top when I'm clicking the button. Is the top part of the seat still works Is the lumbar for your lower back still goes in-and-out but the seat will not slide back into normal position please help?
